Here are a few of the most common questions employees have for HR. Find quick answers here but don’t hesitate to email us if you can’t find the answer you are looking for.

How do I change my personal information?

To change your personal information either fill out the form above, or reach out to your local HR team to request the change.

When am I eligible for benefits?

All full-time employees are eligible for benefits the 1st of the month following hire.

How do I check in on a referral?

While we cannot disclose applicant hiring information to anyone but the applicant, your local HR team can provide you with an update to the payment of any referrals that have been hired with the company.

How do I change Direct Deposit, W-4, or marital status?

To make changes to these areas please reach out to your local HR team to obtain the necessary forms. Changes to Direct Deposit and W-4s require specific forms to be filled out and cannot be done over the phone or email.

How do I request leave or know if I qualify?

You can fill out the leave request form above or reach out to your local HR team. Please be advised that requesting leave is not the same thing as requesting to use your vacation/sick time in Smartlinx. To do that please submit a time off request through Smartlinx.
