Employer Contribution

Hope Human Services provides a Health Savings Account plan or HMO plan at no cost to the employee; a PPO plan is also available at a small cost to the employee. Employees are also eligible to utilize $30 a month towards any auxiliary plans available.

Regular Full Time Employees

Full time employees are those that have completed the introductory period and is regularly scheduled for 30+ hours.

Health Insurance

Hope offers 3 different health insurance options. A PPO plan that supports most outside providers. A HMO plan that supports in house providers. And a high deductable plan that can be combined with a HSA. 

Dental Insurance

There are currently two dental plans available to employees, a base plan, and a buy up plan that increases the annual contribution by the insurance carrier.

Vision

There are currently two vision plans available to employees, a base plan, and a buy up plan that increases the contribution amounts, and allowances.

401K Options

The company provided 401K plan is available to all employees after they reach their 1 year of anniversary with the company. 401K options include traditional and Roth options. Employer contributions are at the discretion of the company and are determined on a year to year basis. 

EAP (Employee Assistance)

The company EAP program is free to use by all employees and is there to support you through different difficulties in life. The provide counseling, addiction treatment, financial planning, among other services. 

Long Term Disability

In leiu of a short term disability option, Hope offers a comprehensive long term disability plan that kicks in after an employee has exhausted their WA State Paid Family Leave. 

Group Life Insurance

All employees that average over 15 hours per week are enrolled in our basic life plan. This provides a $10,000 life insurance plan at no cost to the employee. 

Pet Insurance

Discounted pet insurance is provided through our partnership with Figo. You can sign up at any time through the link on the provided flyer.

Regular Part Time Employees

Any employee who works fewer than 30 hours per week is considered a part-time employee.
